No third party account details are accepted. * No cash or bank deposit payments are accepted. Only yearly fee payments via debit order will be approved.

• Your R79.00 yearly club fee is payable every year in February by debit order only.
• Membership club benefits are not transferable and are for the main member and his/her immediate family. Includes the main member, spouse, children up to 18 years of age and the main member’s parents and in-laws only. Certain travel companies do not allow children under a certain age to travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult member. Children sharing accommodation with adult members or sharing their own room are exempt from a discount offer. Partners, friends, family etc. do not qualify for club benefits and services. Spouses by marriage only qualify.
• No refunds apply on already paid and or bank deposited Linric Club membership fees. Cancellations to be made in writing and forwarded to our office by email to: info@flexihms.co.za
• Upon receipt of your completed application form, your membership will be activated within 24 hours.
• Should any yearly debit order payment be unpaid for whatsoever reason, your club membership and benefit offers will be cancelled with immediate effect (this includes all club reservations of which the travel or stay date falls after the debit date).
• The yearly membership fee will be subject to a 10% increase in future, subject to management’s decision.
• ONE ROOM / UNIT PER MEMBER RESERVATION APPLY.
• Up to 50% discount applies for two adults sharing a room and is on the normal facility rate. Not applicable on any specials, meals, drinks, already reduced rates, groups and conferences. Discount offers vary depending on the facility and stay period.
• At many facilities single, double, family rooms and self-catering units (where applicable) can be booked on discount.
• Some facilities have block out periods when the club discounted rates do not apply.
• A minimum R80.00 club booking/admin fee is charged on all domestic reservations, excludes bus and Shosholoza train and Road Lodge reservations.
• Linric Club has carefully selected all participating accommodation establishments and companies on our program, but cannot guarantee that they will not make policy changes. We cannot accept liability for this, the quality of service or any other matter arising from our offers. Participating venues, benefits and discount offers may change from time to time.
• View our website at: www.linricclub.co.za for your club terms & conditions. Details will also be forwarded to you in your membership pamphlet upon registration. No third party credit card payments are accepted by the Linric Club.
• Linric Club management will have the right to discontinue a membership with immediate effect, should he/she misuse it any way.
• ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE WITH OUR OFFICE DIRECT BY CALLING: 011 9742626 TO QUALIFY. BOOKINGS ALREADY MADE WITH THE PARTICIPATING FACILITIES & COMPANIES ON OUR PROGRAM PRIOR TO JOINING OR WHILST A MEMBER CANNOT BE CANCELLED AND RE-BOOKED AFTERWARDS ON DISCOUNT.
• I hereby give permission to the Linric Club to deduct from my bank account on this application the annual membership fee of only R79.00 every year on the 15th of February or nearest week day prior to the 15th.
• Should this debit order be unpaid for whatever reason, your club membership and benefits will be cancelled.
